Ikea sells a set of cellular shades with built in springs that you can “set” to any height just by pulling down / pushing up.   They are all a maximum of 64 inches tall, and the “stock” widths they stocked at my store (Orlando) were as follows: 23, 27, 30, 32, 34, 38, 48
